Gundam Docks at Hong Kong 行ってきました。[追記あり]
香港タイムズスクウェアのGundam Docks at Hong Kongを行ってきました。7月24日〜9月1日、1/3ガンダムとシャア専用ザクの塑像が展出るされたイベントです。他には1/12のRGザク、新作プラモや物販コーナーもあります。
The “Gundam Docks at Hong Kong” exhibition is now take place in Time’s Square Hong Kong, from 24 July to 1 September. 1/3 Gundam and Zaku statues are the spot-light of the event, together with an army of 1/12 RG Zaku, Gunpla exhibition and souvenir corner.
日常にある風景に、非日常のものが立っていることがとても新鮮です。数年前、お台場の潮風公園の実物大ガンダム見に行きましたから、今回の1/3サイズは少し小さいと思うですけど、近くに見るとそのスケールに圧倒されました。
An unusual object placing on everyday scene looks fresh and funny. While the size can’t compare to the 1/1 Gundam which I saw in Odaiba Shiokaze park, it is still quite large.
このサイズのシャア専用ザクは実に良い。LCDパネルのモノアイがよく動きます。
Char’s Zaku in this size looks great. The Mono-eye in LCD panel is moving.
ガンダムのほうは、思ったより良いかな。
Gundam also looks better then expected.
RGディテールの1/12ザクたち。以前発売したHY2Mのザクとは違うのだよ。ザクとは..(笑)。

限定のRGを買ってきました。近いうちに作れるといいですね。以上、Gundam Docks at Hong Kongの紹介でした。

先日、タイムズスクウェア内のショッピングセンターにホワイトベースが出来ました。ガンダムとザクより2週間ほど遅いけどようやく展示開始。
The Whitebase have just take-off inside Time’s Square shopping arcade. Though it is 2 weeks later than Gundam and Zaku, It is finally finished for display.

人サイズのMSたちがいる部屋（？）は楽しそうですね！

ガンダムって、どこでも愛される国際的なコンテンツですね。
ガンプラの箱の書体は今回イベントのロゴみたいなものです。私はちょっとダサいと思いますが….。今週から大きいホワイトベースが出展始まりました。時間があればまた撮りに行くつもりです。
ちなみに、実は香港に住んでいます。日本にいないから、イベント限定品など買うのは大変ですよ(´Д｀。)
I went to visit the Gundam and Zakus before the White Base was up. Gotta visit it agian soon!
Despite having shrunk to 1/3 scale, the 6m tall Gundam and Char’s Zaku are still still quite a sight in front of Time’s Square! I am glad that there are increasingly more Gundam-related events coming to Hong Kong in the recent years~ ^^
I just heard that Tomino Yoshiyuki will come to Hong Kong in 24 August! It is a great surprise! The organizer have put much effort on the event, and I also hope more to come to HK in the future.
